To bridge this gap, CDC has developed a dedicated Pre-Sports Skills Training Program designed for children aged 7 years and above, including teens who are ready to progress beyond therapy.

This exclusive program helps children learn the fundamental skills, rules, coordination, and discipline required to participate confidently in structured sports or personalized sports coaching.

What is Pre-Sports Skills Training?
